Shipping Policies

Return Policies

Our products are made and shipped to countries globally. Our preferred shipping carriers are Fed Ex as well as United States Postal Service (USPS). and our shipping charges are based on the Real Time Rates (RTR) of USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the product(s) being shipped and the location of the recipient.

 

Please note that sometimes our products are shipped to our customers via UPS, DHL, or even private carrier if the address given cannot be delivered by one of our preferred shippers.

All shipping is business days. All shipping prices are for continental US and exclude Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping to those locations may have added charges.

DesignsbyPurpleSapphire.com will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery. If a substantially large order requires inside delivery or a residential delivery please specify that information when placing the order. You must have a physical address as FedEx; UPS doesn't ship to P.O. boxes.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is undeliverable, you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the Postal Service and the package is returned to DesignsbyPurpleSapphire, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you.

​

Ground Shipping will take anywhere between 3 to 7 business days when shipped inside the continental US. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

you can also track your package directly by visiting www.usps.com.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product once it leaves our business. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment.

Currently, DesignsbyPurpleSapphire ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Nigeria. Orders shipping outside of the US are subject to customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. 

 

Important notice for our International Customers – Including Hawaii / Alaska / Canada / Puerto Rico. For orders shipping outside the U.S. - INCLUDING HAWAII / ALASKA / CANADA / PUERTO RICO – local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by designsbypurplesapphire.com; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges. We are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.

Pictures
We love to see all your pictures using our products and appreciate all submissions. Please note pictures of our customers have been submitted to DesignsbyPurpleSapphire voluntarily. Pictures submitted may or may not be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to advertisements, inclusion in the gallery, and social media posts. Photographer credits are only provided if the submitting customer provides such details.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the Privacy Policy modification date below.

If a customer receives an item in which DesignsbyPurpleSapphire made a mistake, DesignsbyPurpleSapphire will send the correct item at no cost to the customer.

DesignsbyPurpleSapphire does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items (for example, custom drinkwares with names imprinted by customers request)  if a mistake has not been made by DesignsbyPurpleSapphire.

​

A personalized item includes any products where the design wording, design color, product color, or design font is chosen by the customer.

If you have received an order from DesignsbyPurpleSapphire that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered.

Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all size charts prior to ordering.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from DesignsbyPurpleSapphire are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
 

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on products that we determine to be offensive, vulgar, violent, or in any way disagree with our policies, procedures, morals, and ethics.

Proof and Order Reviews

The proofing process is separate from the Production and Shipping timeline estimated by our website. If a proof is requested, Production Time and Shipping Time will not begin until the customer approves the proof and fully pay for the order. This is why requesting a proof usually adds several days to the overall order timeline.

 

If an order is required to be delivered by a specific date, a proof may delay production, thus jeopardizing your chances of receiving the order in a timely manner. We will not be held responsible for any resulting delays on such orders. If you request a proof, please check your e-mail inbox often, as well as your spam folder, so you can promptly review and approve the proof.

Proofs are not intended to be "decision making tools" for the customer. There will be no option to cancel an order simply because the proof is not meeting your expectations. Please do not place an order merely to obtain a proof, as the order will be binding.

​

Promotion
All promotional codes are temporary and subject to be changed or canceled at anytime. Please note our promotions cannot be combined and we can only apply one promotional code per order. Unless stated otherwise, all promotional codes are subject to a maximum saving of $50 per order.

Spam Filters - Firewalls
We will not be held responsible for failure of any email communication to you either due to incorrectly spelled email addresses, non-working email address or spam filters that prohibit our emails from reaching you.

 

Check your spam or deleted folders to ensure that these important emails are not blocked due to firewalls or spam filters on your computer.
