What materials do you use for your custom apparels?
Heat Transfer Vinyl, Foil, Sequins, Embroidery and Rhinestones.
We do not currently offer screen or digital printing on our custom apparels.
Can I see what custom product looks like before it prints?
Absolutely! We will email you an artwork approval to look at which you can approve or decline. We will not print without your approval.

Recommended Care of our Product
Apparels:
Turn garments inside-out before washing and drying.
Machine-wash at as low a temperature and as gentle a cycle as possible.
When machine drying, use a lower temperature if possible. Air drying is even easier on imprints.
Don’t iron directly on the print or custom-embroidered areas.
Avoid bleach and other harsh detergents.
As always, follow any other care instructions on the garment tags
Rhinestones and Sequins are an embellishment and may fall off and cannot be guaranteed. Please lightly wash Rhinestones and Sequins embellished apparels.
Drinkware:
Customized drinkware should be hand wash only.
Do not microwave.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, DesignsbyPurpleSapphire ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Nigeria. Orders shipping outside of the US are subject to customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
After you have approved your quote/placed your order, you will receive an email notification from designsbypurplesapphire@gmail.com. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and add designsbypurplesapphire@gmail.com to your address book to ensure delivery of your shipping notification.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping notification that will contain a tracking number once your order has shipped. This email will be from designsbypurplesapphire@gmail.com, so be sure to add designsbypurplesapphire@gmail.com to your address book to ensure delivery.

however we only list a few selections of our products on there. So you may still have to email us directly if none of your preferred products are not listed there.
